The Spoon Theory

I had to share this with you.  Magaly wrote a beautiful post in which she mentioned this article called "the spoon theory". This caused a deep emotional reaction in me, so I had to put this out there. Goodnight from me.

I have just left a comment on this article and I want to thank you for posting about it. I have disabiling fibromyalgia and arthritis and blah, blah so I can most certainly relate to this. It was a great way of explaining things. I'll use it for sure. I truly do believe you and I were meant to cross paths!

Thanks for that lovely comment too! XX

The spoon theory is wonderful. It describes my life to a T.
I have used it to explain how I feel everyday dealing with chronic pain to many people.
Most get it. Many don't

I thought you heard about the spoon theory. It's the perfect example of what we all go through and how to show others just how bad it really is. Spreading the word is prime. Sleep tight sweetie.

Thank you for sharing the Spoon Theory post with us. It hit home! I have PTSD and chronic Depression. There are so many days when I wake up at 3:15 in the morning and realize that the Spoon Fairy just passed and didn't leave a supply of spoons for the day. I get up and pretend I've got more than I need.

Spoons! Who knew?
